THE Britannia Inn claimed the Denbigh and District Winter League A-League title in ruthless fashion as the campaign drew to a close.
The Brit posted 15 wins from 15 outings, amassing a mammoth 130 league points and hitting a brilliant 210 winning legs of darts as they finished 39 points ahead of Wings A.
The Wings outfit once more had to settle for second place behind the brilliant Brit, who had also scooped the 2022 summer league.
Clwyd county star and Brit man Dave Davies was top of the tree in the A-league order of merit, registering 13 wins from as many outings.
The B-league title run-in was a much closer affair, with Railway B sealing the championship and promotion with a game left as they finished four points ahead of White Lion A.
Railway man Zak Ellis was top dog in the B section order of merit grabbing 13 wins from 14 games and finishing just ahead of team mate and former Denbigh Town FC and Caerwys FC goalkeeper Darren Edwards.
Deian Roberts currently leads the highest checkout table with a sublime 167 effort, although it's all to play for as the Denbigh league moves into the team cup, and individual and doubles competitions.
