THE Tillwise Summer League title chase looks like it's heading down to the wire.
Still two points clear at the top are Llanrhaeadr, who claimed a 5-2 Monday night win at Clawddnewydd. Llyr Morris (3), Sam Jones and Matty Evans were on target for the frontrunners, with Tegid Williams and Cian Jones replying.
Goals from Danw Diss (2), Owen Cordiner, Ben Smith and Josh Jones saw Llangynhafal claim a 5-1 outcome at Henllan (Tom Sheridan), while Ysceifiog defeated Trefnant 5-2. Tom Jones (2), Harley Doyle (2) and Joe Harrison were on the mark.
Pat Hinchcliffe (3), Craig Jones (2) and Rhys Hughes led Llandyrnog to a 6-2 verdict at Rhewl (Andrew Hession, Ian Williams) and it finished 2-2 between Caerwys and Nantglyn.
Lewis Harrison struck twice for Caerwys, with Luke Molmans and Geraint Jones on target for Nantglyn.
Elsewhere, Cefn (Jared Roberts) and Llanfair (Hari Tudor) drew 1-1.
On Thursday evening, Llangynhafal maintained their title push with a 3-1 success over Cefn and Llanrhaeadr won 4-1 at Trefnant.
