Denbigh Harriers took to the Welsh hills of Aberdaron for the 40th Ffordd a Ffridd race recently.
Melina Morris participated despite a recent fall, coming 7th in the women's division and beating her previous course record with a time of 1.12.32.
The race also included an under 16s race with Harrier junior representative, 14-year-old Dan Pritchard, showing excellent form and finishing 7th out of 33 participants, achieving a time of 20.01.
Meanwhile, further north, Victoria Whitehead represented the Harriers at the Punk Panther Endurance Event in Yorkshire.
The 20.64 mile race started in Otley and included a round trip to Blubberhouses, following the scenic Six Dales Trail.
Despite a lack of training and uncomfortably warm conditions, Ms Whitehead completed the course, which involved a hefty climb of 2,129 feet, in just over four hours.
