Denbigh Town secured a thrilling 4-2 victory over Llangefni Town in the JD Welsh Cup over the weekend.
This match saw Harrison Bellis continue his impressive form, scoring two goals during the game.
Just two weeks ago, he netted his first goal for Denbigh's Reserves, followed by his first team goal last week.
Now, he has scored his first goal at Central Park, helping his team take control of the match.
The game started with Denbigh coming from behind after an early goal from Jack Smith of Llangefni.
However, Bellis quickly equalised for Denbigh, scoring his first goal.
Just before half-time, he netted again, giving Denbigh a 2-1 lead.
Nathan Brown then extended the lead early in the second half, scoring in the 63rd minute.
Despite a good effort from Llangefni's Ifan Mansoor, who scored to narrow the gap, Paul Fleming capped the game for Denbigh with a stoppage-time goal.
Denbigh manager Dewi Llion made five changes to the side that won against Bangor the previous week, bringing in players like Harry Lockley, Mackenzie Stark, and Bellis.
The match began with a promising start for Denbigh, but the game was briefly paused when captain Jack Williams went down and required treatment before being stretchered off.
After going behind early on Denbigh began to create chances, with Brown's corner nearly resulting in a goal from Alfie Vaughan.
Denbigh's persistence paid off as Bellis converted after a scramble in the box.
After the break, Denbigh continued to apply pressure.
They scored again with a clever free-kick from Brown, who spotted the keeper off his line.
Llangefni fought back and managed to score through Mansoor which made the match tense in the closing stages.
In the final moments, Denbigh fought to secure the win.
After a flurry of activity, Fleming sealed the victory with a goal in stoppage time.
Denbigh Town now enters the Third Round of the JD Welsh Cup for the first time since 2018.
They also remain unbeaten in their last four matches as they prepare for their upcoming game against Llandudno at Central Park on Friday.
